Basics

What is an ERP system?

A shared foundation for your data and business processes.

ERP stands for Enterprise Resource Planning. ERP software connects key areas such as finance, purchasing, sales, warehouse and production on a shared database.

An example: a customer places an order. Sales records the order. The warehouse sees what needs to be shipped. Accounting creates the invoice. An ERP connects these steps so that every department knows what to do and can use the same information.

We work out with you what your processes need. On this basis we tailor modules, interfaces and extensions and make it transparent what is possible in the standard and what needs to be developed individually.

Modules & features

The building blocks for your processes.

A module supports a specific area of your business. Together we select the right features and tailor them to your processes.

Finance & controlling

Manage invoices, payments and costs. You see what comes in, what goes out and which payments are still open.

Sales

Create quotes and process orders. From the first quote to the invoice, the key information stays together.

Purchasing

Order from suppliers and keep an eye on deliveries. This way you plan what your business needs and when it should arrive.

Warehouse & logistics

See which goods are available and where they are. Goods receipts, shipping and stocktaking can be recorded traceably.

Production

Plan what is produced and which materials are needed. Keep track of work steps and production orders.

Reporting & analysis

Analyse figures from the ERP clearly. Reports show how revenue, costs or stock levels are developing.

Which features are available depends on the ERP system. We clarify what the standard covers and where customisations, extensions or interfaces are needed.

Your benefits

Less duplicate work.
More overview.

A well-configured ERP supports collaboration and simplifies processes.

01

Share information

Customer data, orders and items are maintained centrally. This reduces duplicate entries and makes collaboration easier.

02

Keep the overview

See which orders are open, what is in stock and which invoices still need to be paid.

03

Simplify routine work

Recurring tasks can be automated. Together we check which steps are suitable.

04

Develop the solution further

New requirements may call for customisations, additional modules or interfaces. We examine how your ERP can be extended sensibly.

Our approach

Step by step to your ERP.

We plan the implementation together with you and adapt the solution to your processes.

  1. Understand

We look at how you work, what is going well and where things get stuck. From this we record your requirements.

  2. Plan together

We choose the right system and clarify features, customisations, costs and schedule. You know what will be implemented.

  3. Set up & test

We set up the ERP, customise it and migrate the agreed data. Together we test your most important processes.

  4. Prepare the team

Your employees get to know the processes in the new system. We support the start and answer open questions.

  5. Support & extend

After go-live we support you in everyday work. When your requirements change, we plan suitable extensions.

Individually tailored

Your ERP.
The way you work.

Every business works differently. We adapt your ERP to your processes and add the features you need. Together we clarify what the chosen system can already do and what we develop or connect in addition.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about the ERP solution

The key answers at a glance. Your question is not here? Talk to us.

Which companies is an ERP suitable for?

For SMEs with around ten or more employees who want to handle orders, purchasing, warehouse or production in a structured way. The solution grows with you, from one site to several companies.

How long does an implementation take?

That depends on the scope. An implementation with the core modules usually takes three to six months. You will receive a concrete schedule in the analysis.

Can we transfer our existing data?

Yes. We transfer customers, suppliers, items and open items from your previous systems or Excel lists, checked and cleaned up.

Can the ERP be adapted to our processes?

Yes. We add custom fields, rules and processes in an update-safe way, so your customisations are retained after a new release.

Where does the system run?

Either in a Swiss data centre or on your own infrastructure. On request, we take care of operation, backups and updates entirely.

What happens after go-live?

We remain your point of contact: with support, training, updates and further development when new requirements arise.
